Reservations for arrivals between 11/24/05-11/26/05, 2/15/06-2/18/06, 3/3/06-3/11/06, 3/31/06-4/1/06, 5/26/06-5/28/06, 6/28/06-7/1/06, 9/1/06-9/3/06, 10/19/06-10/22/06 and 11/22/05-11/25/06 cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.

A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint may be required at time of check-in for telephone and any other incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
This property requires a minimum check-in age of 21. During Spring Break, guests under 25 years old will be charged a 50 USD per person security deposit at check-in.
